Intramural papillary adenoma

Intramural papillary tumor mimicking a distal choledocal stone. Small hyperechoic tumor (15 mm), with marginal shadows visible in the terminal part of the common bile duct. The papillary tumor was re-examined with a duodenoscope, while biopsies confirmed the presence of a vilous adenoma.
