Long cystic stump

Long cystic stump Feb 2, 2005
Patient with previous cholecystectomy and biliary-type pain. Linear EUS demonstrated a dilated bile duct, with a long dilated cystic stump (6 mm), without any stones or sludge. The hepatic artery was clearly delineated by color Doppler EUS. The long cystic stump was confirmed by ERCP (blue arrows).
