EUS-FNA of the lymphnodes was positive with atypical cells in a background of erythrocytes and lymphocytes. Due to the presence of large lymphnodes (N1) diagnosed as regional metastases, the patient was included in stage IIb, being subsequently reffered to chemotherapy.
