Pseudotumoral chronic pancreatitis |
Feb 23, 2009 |
|
A 47-year-old man presented with upper abdominal pain and severe weight loss. EUS showed an inhomogenous, pseudotumoral pancreatic head mass, with discrete power Doppler signals inside. EUS-guided FNA showed only benign canalicular cells. Long-term follow-up of more than 12 months confirmed the benign nature and absence of malignancy. |

Feb 5, 2005 |
|
Patient with a pseudotumoral mass at the level of the pancreatic head, compressing the duodenal bulb.
