Home > Pancreatic diseases > Acute pancreatitis Acute pseudocysts Simple acute pseudocyst Feb 7, 2005 Patient with acute biliary pancreatitis with multiple galbladder stones, with a pancreatic head pseudocyst identified on the CT image at 14 days after presentation. EUS allowed the characterization of the content of the pseudocyst, the evaluation of the wall thickness, as well as the presence of the vascularization of the walls. The pseudocyst was treated by EUS-guided aspiration of the content.   More images / movies:
