| Patient with biopsy proven non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) assessed by EUS for staging. EUS depicted a 8 mm celiac lymph node, hypoechoic, oval, in-homogenous, with regular margins. Elastography showed a homogenous soft pattern (green), suggestive of the diagnosis of a benign lymph node. EUS-FNA of the lymph node was performed (2 passes) and showed antracosis, with no malignant cells (provided by Prof. Dr. Peter Vilmann, Copenhagen). |
