Home > Interventional EUS > EUS-guided injection Vascular lesions Dieulafoy lesion Jan 30, 2005 Patient with an upper gastrointestinal bleeding episode, diagnosed with a Dieulafoy lesion immediately below the gastro-esophageal junction. The lesion was also visualized using power Doppler EUS (blue arrow), being targetted under real-time combined endoscopic and EUS control and injected until the dissapearance of vascular signals.   More images / movies:
