| Patient with a dilated gallbladder, sludge and multiple small stones producing comet tail artifacts. The extrahepatic cholestasis and obstruction o the bile duct flow was determined by a pancreatic head tumor compressing and invading the common bile duct. |

| Patient with extrahepatic cholestasis due to the obstruction of the terminal common bile duct determined by a pancreatic head tumor mass. Dilatation of the common bile duct and of the intrahepatic bile ducts were also evident on EUS. |
