Gastric cardia adenocarcinoma Feb 25, 2009
Patient with T4 gastric cardia adenocarcinoma, invading the gastro-esophageal junction wall, as well as the pleura. Highly vascular tumor, with arterial signals in power Doppler mode, depicted before and after contrast enhancement (Sonovue).

Gastric adenocarcinoma Feb 19, 2009
Large gastric adenocarcinoma visualised in power Doppler mode, before and after contrast-enhancement (Sonovue), as a hypervascular tumor with a high vascular index. High values of the pulsatility and resistivity indexes in pulsed Doppler mode.
