Gallbladder lithiasis

Gallbladder stone Feb 23, 2009
Small stone of approximately 5 mm, visualized in the gallbladder. The stone is mobile, hyperechoic with posterior acoustic shadowing. Several other small stones were visualized in the gallbladder infundibulum.

Large gallbladder stone Feb 10, 2009
Patient with a large stone of 25 mm, visualized in the gallbladder, with the linear EUS scope in the gastric antrum. The stone was mobile, hyperechoic with posterior acoustic shadowing.

Acute biliary pancreatitis – gallbladder microlithiasis Feb 5, 2005
Patient with acute pancreatitis with pseudocyst formation, with small stones in the gallbladder (less than 5 mm), with posterior acoustic shadow. The stones were missed by previous transabdominal ultrasound examinations.

Patient with recurrent acute pancreatitis with multiple echogenic spots inside the gallbladder (“starry sky” appearance).
 

Gallbladder sludge & microlithiasis Jan 27, 2005
Patient with repetead episodes of colicky biliary pain with repetead negative transabdominal ultrasound, having multiple small stones with posterior acoustic shadow, as well as biliary sludge in the region of the gallbladder neck.

Patient with repetead episodes of colicky biliary pain with repetead transabdominal ultrasound examinations, with two small stones with posterior acoustic shadow clearly visible and mobile inside the gallbladder.
